<!– google_ad_section_start –> China picked up a haul of gold medals in last summer’s Olympics, but it took Costa Ricans of Chinese descent to set the world record for cooking the largest ever amount of fried rice. To make the fried rice, some 735 kg of rice were used, along with 260 kg of chicken, 130 kg of suckling pig, 120 kg of ham, 20 kg of Chinese sausage, 80 kg of eggs, 53 kg of chives and 35 kg of sweet pepper. <!– google_ad_section_end –>
