Updated, 9:27 p.m.: US Airways says its Web site and computer systems are back up. The carrier said on Twitter that flights have been delayed and that usairways.com is performing “unreliably and in a delayed fashion.” The Associated Press is reporting that the problems stemmed from a power outage near a data center in Phoenix.
