SHANGHAI — A subway train in China’s commercial center of Shanghai has smashed into the back of another train, injuring dozens of people. Local reports say the accident Tuesday on Line 10, one of the city’s newest lines, may have been caused by problems with the signaling system, similar to a crash in July on one of China’s high-speed train lines.
