A project was taken on by the Illinois State Archives and the State Genealogical Society to accumulate and combine all marriage records of Illinois before 1901. That is the reason why anyone can now obtain Illinois marriage records between 1763 and 1900. Truly, these records are for public use as well as persons can volunteer to send information to it to include it on the internet.
There is no better way than to make these available to people by using the online method. Additionally, records of this sort are available from before as well as 1901. An exceptionally best-selling classic historical motion picture is \”Gone With The Wind\” and while it may seem that the film was just about the perils of Scarlett O\’Hara and Rhett Butler, the reality is that you also learn quite a bit about the Civil War, which of course, is an exceptionally crucial aspect of American history, as you watch the movie.
