Alleged White House shooter Oscar Ramiro Ortega-Hernandez pleaded not guilty Tuesday to a charge of attempting to assassinate the president and 16 related crimes. Ortega-Hernandez, 21, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, appeared briefly in U.S. District Court in Washington.
