Man charged in fatal crash

A Berwyn man faces a variety of charges after he allegedly caused a nine-car crash Saturday night in which one man died, according to a report on the Berwyn Life Web site . Jimmy O. Trevino, 34, of the 2200 block of South Gunderson Avenue, was charged late Monday afternoon with one count of reckless homicide, one count of aggravated DUI-drugs, one count of aggravated reckless driving and an assortment of traffic charges after investigators said he clipped the back of a vehicle shortly before 7 p.m. Saturday in Berwyn, killing the driver.
