It may be Tuesday, but retailers are milking every bit of excitement they can from Cyber Monday by continuing to offer deep discounts throughout the week. Amazon, Wal-Mart and others are putting up a week of Cyber Monday-like deals on their Web sites, stretching the shopping frenzy that started on Thanksgiving over an even longer period.
