Public defender, no bond for Ortega-Hernandez

WASHINGTON — A man accused of firing an assault rifle at the White House has made his first appearance in court in Washington. Oscar Ramiro Ortega-Hernandez appeared in federal court Monday and was appointed a public defender and ordered held without bond.
