Beyonce ’s daughter will reportedly be bathed in supreme luxury, thanks to Kelly Rowland . MediaTakeOut, and later “ GMA ” reported that Rowland, who let the whole “ It’s a girl! ” cat out of the bag, purchased a baby-size tub covered in Swarovski crystal as a gift. The bathing receptacle, created by Lori Gardner of The Diamond Bathtub company , retails for $5,200. A portion of that money goes to charity. Read full article > >

One day in March, pranksters turned the cafeteria at Robert E. Lee High School in Fairfax County into a maelstrom of hurled milk cartons and leftover lunch. Close to 100 teenagers joined the melee, flinging sandwiches and water bottles. Hundreds of others, caught in the crossfire, screamed and ran for the exits. Federal judge delays ex-presidential candidate John Edwards’ trial on campaign finance charges

RALEIGH, N.C. — Ex-presidential candidate John Edwards’ trial on campaign finance charges has been delayed until January, giving his defense team time it says it needs to comb through more than 400,000 pages of material turned over by the government. The former North Carolina senator was charged in June with using about $1 million in under-the-table payments from political supporters to hide his pregnant mistress Rielle Hunter during his 2008 run. He’s also charged with helping to falsify campaign finance reports to cover up the payments. He has pleaded not guilty. Read full article > >

In Johnson’s one-man show, “Sweet Tea,” based on his book of the same name , Johnson will portray each of these men, and himself. He wants you to meet Stephen, who tried to do as his mother said and not grow up to be gay. He tried not growing up at all but failed at his suicide attempt. So he studied other boys in his school, observed their “normal behavior” and copied it. How do your plan’s benefits compare with another company’s? Starting as soon as March, consumers could have a better handle on such questions, under new rules aimed at decoding the fine print of health insurance plans. Regulations proposed by the Obama administration on Wednesday would require all private health insurance plans to provide current and prospective customers a brief, standardized summary of policy costs and benefits.
