To mark 10 years of military detention at Guantanamo Bay , human rights groups are organizing events worldwide this week, from rallies to flash mobs to concerts. The detainees themselves are marking the anniversary in quieter fashion, with peaceful demonstrations. A woman was fatally stabbed Tuesday afternoon in an alley behind a Northeast Washington recreation center, possibly during a domestic dispute, D.C. police said. Officers were called to the 1200 block of Morse Street and found a 42-year-old woman with stab wounds near the Joseph H. Cole Recreation Center, just after 3 p.m.officials said.
