ALBANY — The state’s top ethics panel is reviewing a request from three government watchdog groups to investigate the Paterson administration’s leaks of confidential information provided by Caroline Kennedy when she was seeking appointment to the United States Senate. The ethics panel, the Commission on Public Integrity, is reviewing the request and has not decided whether to undertake an inquiry, its spokesman said on Thursday.

Bradblog.com reports that liberal talk-radio host Randi Rhodes is returning to the air, on a syndicated talk radio network that is home to conservatives such as Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity. Following almost a two month absence from the airwaves, Progressive radio talker Randi Rhodes is set to return, according to an announcement this afternoon from John Scott of San Francisco’s Green960 (KKGN).
