A former Leesburg preschool teacher’s DNA matched a sample found on pants worn by a 4-year-old girl he is accused of sexually abusing, according to authorities who testified at a preliminary hearing Thursday. Brad R. Minor, 23, was charged in July in the sexual abuse of two students at the Chesterbrook Academy Preschool. Minor, who worked as a teacher and bus driver at the school, was fired after his arrest. Loudoun County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court Judge Pamela Brooks concluded Thursday that there was enough evidence to send the case to a grand jury for possible indictment on a charge of indecent liberties with a child.
