Junior Seau is found dead of gunshot wound in what police say is apparent suicide

Junior Seau, a linebacker who played in the NFL for 20 seasons and was among the most widely respected players of his generation, was found dead in his California home Wednesday. Authorities in Oceanside, Calif., said Seau, who was 43, suffered a gunshot wound to the chest and his girlfriend reported finding him unconscious.
