An air raid hit a camp for displaced civilians in southern Somalia, killing at least three people and wounding dozens of mostly women and children, an international aid agency said.
An Islamist militia in Somalia said that Abdisalan Hussein Ali, who spent his formative years in Minneapolis, was one of two bombers in a suicide attack in Mogadishu.

The Air Force has invested millions of dollars to upgrade an airfield in Arba Minch, Ethiopia, where it has built a small annex to house a fleet of drones that can be equipped with Hellfire missiles and satellite-guided bombs.
