Unfortunately the New Year has already brought with it the death of another beloved actor. British thesp Pete Postlethwaite has passed away at the age of 64 following a long illness. The character actor has appeared in a number of fantastic films, turning out one memorable performance after the other. In 2010 alone he appeared in three major films — Clash of the Titans, Inception and The Town (best performance of the three, in my opinion) – not to mention also co-starring in other great movies like In the Name of the Father (in which he was nominated for an Oscar), The Usual Suspects, Romeo + Juliet and The Lost World: Jurassic Park. Clash of The Titans 2 Release Date For those looking forward to more titans clashing in 3D, Warner Bros. has announced that Clash of the Titans 2 (aka Wrath of the Titans) will hit theaters on March 30th, 2012. This time around it will be directed by Jonathan Liebesman, who, thankfully, will shoot in 3D (versus the cruddy rushed conversion job done on the first film). Sam Worthington, Gemma Arterton, Ralph Fiennes and Liam Neeson are expected to return.
