FX announced late Thursday that Charlie Sheen, sacked star of “ Two and a Half Men ,” will return to sitcom TV next summer. The basic cable network — and the home of “Two and a Half Men” reruns — has ordered 10 episodes of “Anger Management,” which is loosely based on the 2003 flick of the same name. William Daley, the White House chief of staff, told the NBC Chicago television affiliate this week that he will leave his post after the November 2012 election. “I made a commitment to the president thru his re-election, which I’m confident he will do, and then my wife and I will return to Chicago,” Daley told the television station, which posted the interview on its web site.
